This Travel Advising Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Angela Ceccarelli / Passports & Champagne (“Advisor”) and (“Client”) as of the date signed

By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1 -- SERVICES PROVIDED Advisor will provide personalized travel planning services including research, itinerary development, hotel bookings, and related travel recommendations as agreed upon with Client. 2 -- PAYMENT TERMS Advisor’s fee for itinerary planning and travel advising will be invoiced upon delivery of the final itinerary. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. In the event of non-payment, Advisor reserves the right to suspend all services and/or cancel bookings. 3 -- CANCELLATION POLICIES If Client cancels before the final itinerary is delivered, 50% of the total advising fee will be charged to cover Advisor’s time and work already performed. No refunds will be issued once the final itinerary has been delivered. 4 -- CHANGES & AMENDMENTS Client is entitled to one round of changes to the finalized itinerary at no additional cost, provided the changes are requested prior to travel. Additional changes after the one complimentary round are subject to a $100 change fee. Changes requested during travel (including day-of adjustments) are subject to a $250 change fee. All change fees must be paid before Advisor processes the requested updates. 5 -- ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES Advisor will use reasonable care, skill, and judgment to provide travel planning services. Advisor does not guarantee the performance of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or errors. 6 -- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Client is responsible for providing accurate personal details, travel preferences, and payment information in a timely manner. Client is responsible for reviewing all travel documents and ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements. 7 -- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Advisor is not liable for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or changes imposed by airlines, hotels, governments, or other travel providers. Client agrees that Advisor’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid under this Agreement. 8 -- GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State]. 9 -- ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Advisor and Client regarding travel advising services and supersedes any prior agreements.
