A Quick Food Guide to Brooklyn

We had the best time eating our way around Brooklyn during our last visit to New York. There are so many incredible restaurants in this area and we ate some really delicious bites of food. Here is a list of some of our favorite foodie destinations in Brooklyn.

Frankel's Delicatessen

631 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

An amazing little deli with incredible bagels and sandwiches. Their famous pastrami, egg, & cheese on challah bread literally melts in your mouth. Everything on their menu is so good it’s hard to decide on what to order.

Ryujin

513 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11211

Some of the best ramen in Brooklyn! I ordered the Spicy Tam Tam ramen and the broth was super flavorful and the noodles were pure perfection. They also have an lobster ramen that looks insane!

Fedoroff's Roast Pork

178 N 10th St, Brooklyn, NY 11211

The best cheesesteak in New York! I am slightly obsessed with this place and their insanely delicious cheesesteaks with cheese wiz. You 100% need to try this!

Speedy Romeo

376 Classon Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238

Incredible pizza place! Their Truffle Shuffle pizza with pepperoni and a truffle ranch is delicious. I also love Paul’s Boutique Pizza which is made with pastrami, dijon béchamel, red sauerkraut, fontina cheese, 1000 island dressing on an everything bagel seasoning pizza dough. This super unique pizza was amazing and a must try!

Lilia Ristorante

567 Union Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211

We were lucky enough to snag a reservation at Lilia in one of their outdoor yurts. This beautiful Italian menu focuses on simple and fresh dishes. I loved all the pastas we tried and the suspension grilled ribeye was also a highlight of the meal.

Xi'an Famous Foods 西安名吃

54 Willoughby St, Brooklyn, NY 11201

Currently obsessing over Xian Famous Foods hand ripped noodles! All the dishes here are extremely flavorful and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The spicy cumin lamb hand ripped noodles are consistently on New York’s top food lists. There are multiple locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, we visited the one in Greenpoint. Also, don’t sleep on the dumplings! They are amazing too.

Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co.

114 Nassau Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Straight from the sea! The freshest seafood in Brooklyn. We came here for the oysters but stayed for the lobster rolls and fresh sashimi. Everything here is delicious.

Birrialandia

77-99 Roosevelt Ave, Queens, NY 11372

Rain or shine you can find this famous BK food truck near the Macri Triangle under the freeway overpass. They serve up mouthwatering birria tacos that are dipped in a rich consommé broth. So damn good!

Roberta's

261 Moore St, Brooklyn, NY 11206

Legendary pizza joint! Their wood fired pizzas are delicious and the Bee Sting Pizza I ate here is maybe the best pizza I’ve had in my whole life. Their pizzas are unique and perfectly made.

The Four Horsemen

295 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11211

With a wine list comparable to the delectable dishes served here, The Four Horsemen is one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn. With a focus on natural wine and exciting small plates this restaurant is a super fun dining experience.

Brooklyn has some incredible food and this list just barely scratches the surface. We hope you find somewhere to visit on this list and have a tasty experience.

Cheers!
